Flat Aggie

Thanks to the world of social media I had the sincere pleasure of meeting Nicole Small, Tales of a Kansas Farm Mom and discovered the Agmazing Adventures of Flat Aggie.

Driving Truck Flat Aggie (think cousin of Flat Stanley) journeys across the continent visiting farms and ranches, collecting great pictures and even better stories.  This school year these adventures are shared with classrooms in Illinois, Kansas, California and Arkansas reaching 540 students in grades K-5.

Adding to the reports are farmer math from A Kansas Farm Mom and additional information from state Ag in the Classroom programs.

Follow Flat Aggie’s Agmazing Adventures here or on facebook!  If you would like your classroom to receive the reports and information directly, please let me know here.  We are also always looking for farmer hosts.  Interested?  Let us know.
